Shipping 

Orders to any of the 48 contiguous United States ship as a group once weekly and should arrive at your door via UPS Ground service in 5 to 10 days or less.

Import customs brokerage costs, and import duties into the United States are included; depending on the location additional taxes and fees may apply.

Requests to upgrade the shipping method can be processed manually at additional cost, but please be aware that in this case you will be responsible for applicable customs brokerage costs and import duties on arrival of the shipment. 

Orders to Canadian destinations usually ship via UPS Ground or Canada Post Parcel Service with estimated arrival within 7 days. Shipping costs will be added at time of checkout. 

Orders to other International destinations (only available via telephone or email orders) ship per our quotation to you, with shipping mode determined based on destination country. 

• Orders ship from Toronto, Ontario, Canada. 
• All orders ship with signature required for delivery. 
• We reserve the right to ship via alternate carriers. 

Shipping fees resulting from additional services, such as indoor delivery or package rerouting, are not covered by our shipping policy and may result in additional charges to your credit card.
