Recessed lighting are functional luminaires that are used as the main lighting in a space. The term recessed refers to the way in which the fixture is installed; set-in a surface. The entirety of light is not installed, merely the backend and the only visible element is a trim, flush to the surface, surrounding the light-head itself. Recessed lights are primarily used in ceilings and commonly known as, pot lights or can lights. All Zaneen Shop recessed lights are either made with LED’s (light-emitting diode) or are compatible with LED Retrofit bulbs. They can be found in different shapes, like square, round and even rectangle. Recessed lighting is truly beneficial when ceiling heights are limited, and bright lighting is needed, as the lumen packages range in a variety of options. This group of lights are used throughout any and all applications; specifically for residential they are found throughout the home, including bathrooms (must be rated for wet/damp environment).
