Zaneen Shop is an extension of Zaneen Group Inc.; a collection of surplus products that were recently in the Zaneen program from all three divisions – Architectural, Design and Exterior. The shop sells discontinued products at discounted prices, freight included. All products are in new, unused condition (unless otherwise stated as ‘As Is’), safety approved for use in the United States and Canada, and carry a one-year warranty from the manufacturer. Your satisfaction with your purchase is very important to us so please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions or concerns before making your purchase, or to resolve any issues after you receive your order.

Pricing 

Pricing structure changes between Canadian and United States Dollars depending on your selection [option to choose your currency on website]. See "Ordering" section for details of our free shipping policy. 

Ordering 

Zaneen Shop accepts orders via our website checkout system for shipment to the 48 contiguous United States and to Canada. For these orders, posted prices include shipping costs and custom brokerage fees to most destinations unless otherwise stated; additional taxes and fees may apply.  

We may be able to manually process orders for shipment to other international addresses. Please contact us by email or telephone to enquire. For these orders shipping costs are not included, will be indicated on our quotation to you, and added to your payment total. Be aware that, depending on your country, you may also be responsible for other costs such as import customs brokerage services, import duties and taxes, none of which are collected or paid by Zaneen Shop. 

Prices listed in any other websites may not be accepted. We sell our products through a number of different online channels and we cannot always control when they are updated. We reserve the right not to accept a price listed on a site other than our own. Other state or provincial taxes may also be applicable to your purchase but are not collected or paid by Zaneen Shop and are your responsibility.  

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email from us. Please review this to confirm order accuracy and contact us immediately with any concerns. Zaneen Shop is not responsible for items purchased in error and will not assume any costs to exchange items ordered in error.

Shipping 

Orders to any of the 48 contiguous United States ship as a group once weekly and should arrive at your door via UPS Ground service in 5 to 10 days or less. Import customs brokerage costs, and import duties into the United States are included; depending on the location additional taxes and fees may apply. Requests to upgrade the shipping method can be processed manually at additional cost, but please be aware that in this case you will be responsible for applicable customs brokerage costs and import duties on arrival of the shipment. 

Orders to Canadian destinations usually ship via UPS Ground or Canada Post Parcel Service with estimated arrival within 7 days. Shipping costs will be added at time of checkout. 

Orders to other International destinations (only available via telephone or email orders) ship per our quotation to you, with shipping mode determined based on destination country.

• We reserve the right to ship via alternate carriers. 

Shipping fees resulting from additional services, such as indoor delivery or package rerouting, are not covered by our free shipping policy and may result in additional charges to your credit card. 

Return Policy 

All sales are final, but remain subject to the Warranty and Damaged Items policies detailed below. 

Warranty 

All products include a manufacturer's limited warranty. For Zaneen branded products it is for a period of one year covering defects in materials and workmanship, providing no charge replacement parts, repair, or replacement of the product at the manufacturer's discretion. Please contact Zaneen Shop Source for resolution of any warranty issues. 

However, products identified as “As Is” are warrantied to be functional at time of your receipt of product only, and that the item is in the condition as described. These items are generally showroom samples or open box inventory and may have minor signs of wear and tear. No additional warranties apply. 

Zaneen Shop and its suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, special, consequential, or incidental damages including, without limitation, lost profits or revenues, costs of replacement goods, loss or damage to goods or services arising out of the use or inability to use any product purchased from Zaneen Shop or damages resulting from use of or reliance on the information present, even if Zaneen Shop or it's suppliers have been advised of the possibility of such damages. 

We are not responsible for any labor costs for installation, removal, or reinstallation of products. 

Damaged Items 

If your purchased product(s) arrive broken or damaged, immediately report to carrier any visible damage to the package. We cannot assist with a claim against carrier for damage unless this is done. If the product(s) arrive with concealed damage, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order to arrange for resolution. Zaneen Shop will provide no charge replacement parts, or repair, replace, or refund the product at our discretion. If possible, photograph the unopened package or the concealed damage to assist with carrier claim and/or resolution assistance. 

If a pickup tag is issued for prepaid return of defective or damaged item(s) and the package is not released to carrier during their pickup attempts, then costs for return shipment will become your responsibility. 

Order Cancellations 

Due to the high costs associated with credit card transactions we reserve the right to deduct from any refund up to five percent of the total sale price of cancelled orders. 

Refused Deliveries 

If the order is refused at time of delivery and returned to us by the carrier, we will hold the goods on your behalf for a reasonable period of time pending your revised shipping instructions and payment of corresponding additional shipping costs. 

Safety Approval 

All products are safety approved by Underwriters' Laboratories (UL), Canadian Standards Association (CSA), or ETL, confirming compliance with North American safety standards for use of the products in the United States and Canada. 

Light Bulbs 

Light bulbs are not included unless stated in product details and are not included in the warranty coverage of lighting fixtures they may be included with. Purchases of light bulbs are non-returnable. 

Lamping 

All posted Lamping figures are MAXIMUM wattage (W) ratings. Never exceed the maximum fixture ratings as this may cause injury and / or damage to fixture and property. 

Coupons 

Coupons cannot be combined with any other special offers or discounts. Coupons are limited to one per customer per order and are available for one-time use only. Coupons and other discount offers are not transferable or redeemable.
